THE EDGE
The EDGE is a 6-day foundational course designed to equip new and licensed agents with the resources to start and grow a successful business. Live classes are offered virtually and at Ebby's home office Training & Marketing Center in Dallas.
IMPACT COACHING
Our coaching program is an extensive 5 week program comprised of both individual and Coach directed activities designed to launch your career and provide you with real-time experience. Ninja Selling Principles are interspersed throughout the program.
MENTOR PROGRAM
Our mentor program pairs you with an experienced agent mentor who will guide you and provide hands-on understanding of day-to-day agent activities. There are also Sales Leader directed programs and business planning courses.
